Ashley began her career in the entertainment industry as a fashion model, securing a lucrative multi-year contract with the prestigious Ford Modeling Agency. She graced runways for iconic designers including John Paul Gaultier and Thierry Mugler, establishing herself as a rising force in the fashion world. She later transitioned into entertainment and publicity, serving as Head of Publicity at Zoo Entertainment, where she developed and executed impactful marketing, publicity, and promotional campaigns.
Ashley’s career continued to flourish when she joined the renowned William Morris Agency, where she played an integral role in booking and promoting some of the industry’s most successful theatrical productions, including The Lion King, Wicked, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, and Riverdance.
